the location is really convenient as it is close to shops. the staff seemed friendly and eager to assist me. the room was beautiful and clean.. the spa and gym provide options for relaxation.
the noise from the live performer after midnight was too much. i also noticed quite a bit of noise from adjacent rooms. the metal detectors at the entrance felt off-putting.

The gym was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. It featured a swimming pool as well. The restaurant on the roof had AMAZING!!! views. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. The location is great and convenient.
I think some features need an update. At checkout they tried to overcharge us slightly.

THE room was not properly cleaned i FOUND hair in THE bathroom and dust on THE furniture the MINIBAR was empty UPON arrival it TOOK multiple calls to GET it stocked it WAS frustrating. i ALSO had issues with THE air conditioning it WAS difficult to regulate and made the ROOM too cold

i found a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. i thought the soundproofing was not adequate. i could hear street noise quite clearly, especially at night, and it disrupted my sleep. also, the mini-bar prices were not clearly displayed, so i was surprised by the high cost of a couple of items upon checkout.
